XELSIUS Parallel Pressure Reactor Module

The XELSIUS Parallel Pressure Reactor Module system allows users to vary the pressures at which they conduct experiments within the XELSIUS reaction station, up to 100 bar. This compact reaction station is highly customisable with a wide range of accessories and tools to suit your requirements, including our parallel pressure reactor module system.
Consisting of 10* x 316 stainless steel reaction vessels, each system can be manufactured to your exact requirements. Designed and manufactured in the UK, options include, but are not limited to, a manifold system to link the vessels, individual pressure control, and reaction sampling. In addition we can also manufacture the units from exotic alloys such as hastelloy and inconel.
*10 x pressure reactor modules too many for your current needs? We can also supply these individually if required.

FlowSyn Continuous Flow Reactor

FlowSyn is a fully integrated, easy to use continuous flow reactor for seamless reaction optimisation and scale up from mgs to 100s of g.
FlowSyn continuous flow reactor has been designed by a team of experienced flow chemists and engineers. This modular system can be easily upgraded as the chemists knowledge and needs grow and works as the chemist wants it to, not as an engineer would.

FlowSyn Auto-LF Continuous Flow Reactor

Harness the power of Flow Chemistry to deliver more compounds, faster! FlowSyn Automated Loop Filling (FlowSyn Auto-LF Continuous Flow Reactor) is a powerful and highly efficient module for running multiple experiments with multiple reagent inputs under different sets of conditions.
The clever simultaneous loop filling and fraction collection saves valuable time, while the integrated wash steps prevent cross-contamination. Interactive displays of pressure and temperature on PC allow real-time reaction monitoring as well as data logging.

J-Kem Reaction Station

The Personal Reaction Station has every feature needed for lead development and high throughput applications. The reactor provided precise temperature control, powerful magnetic stirring, and an inert atmosphere for each reaction tube.

J-Kem Multi-Temperature Zone Reaction Blocks

Multiple zone reaction blocks allow independent temperature control of each block position, and each block can hold a different size vial. This allows a single reaction block to run reactions in multiple vial sizes at different temperatures.
Multi-zone reaction blocks are an indispensable tool for parallel synthesis, process development, and formulations research.
• Available with 2, 4, or 6 Independent temperature zones.
• Heat, cool, and reflux capability.
• Multiple vial sizes.

J-Kem Syringe Pump

The J-Kem Syringe Pump SYR-1200 is believed to be the most versatile syringe pump available for research. With both a single and dual pump configuration to choose from, the SYR-1200 dispenses fluids with sub-microliter precision as either a single injection or continuous flow. Innovative KEM-Pump software, included with each pump, implements seven syringe pump programs that meet virtually any fluid delivery need.
Range: 15 nanoliters – 200 ml/min. Good for flow chemistry and, as an example, at 15 nl/min it takes 1,111 hours to dispense 1 ml.
The pump systems can have up to 16 pumps and are ideal for catalyst research. Pump 1 adds Reagent 1 at 5ml/min, Pump 2 adds reagent 2 at 6.845 ml/min and pump 3 adds reagent 3 (an initiator) at 0.01ml/min
Continuous, uninterrupted, Pulse-free addition. This isn’t like anything else you’ll have seen.
Key features of the syringe pump include:
• Continuous addition
• Extraordinary flow rate range, down to 15 nl/min
• Microliter precision at all volumes
• Temperature, pH, pressure modules available.
• Multi-port distribution valve delivers 14 reagents to one reactor, or 1 reagent to 14 reactors, or any combination in between.
• 100% glass and Teflon fluid path stable to acids, bases, and organic solvents.

FlowSyn Binary Pump Module

The FlowSyn continuous flow reactor comes with two pumping channels as standard. Adding the FlowSyn Binary Pump Module (BPM) increases its capacity to four channels, making it ideal for multi-component or multi-step reactions using more than two starting materials.
The BPM can be used in combination with and controlled by any FlowSyn system. For customers who have their own reactor system, the built-in mixer, inlet/outlet selector valves and integral back pressure regulator ensure that the BPM can also function as a stand-alone reagent/solvent delivery system. For safety and peace of mind, three pressure transducers constantly monitor pressure and system performance.
As a stand-alone system the BPM is controlled using dedicated PC control software. Peripherals can be attached using the BPM’s built-in coms ports.
The BPM operates at up to 100 bar (1400 psi) and can be supplied with standard 0.005 to 10 ml/min heads (UQ1022) or 0.05 to 50 ml/min heads (UQ1023).

Uniqsis Gas Management Module

The Gas Addition Module 1 (GAM 1) provides a safe and efficient means of performing gas-liquid reactions under continuous flow-through conditions.
Based on an ingenious ‘tube-in-tube’ design developed by scientists at Cambridge University in the UK1, it promotes rapid diffusion of pressurised gas through gas-permeable tubing to quickly create a gas saturated solvent stream in typically less than 10 seconds.
Liquid (usually in the form of an organic solvent) is passed through a gas-permeable inner tube which is nested inside a closed, thick-walled outer tube filled under pressure with a reactive gas. The gas is able to diffuse across the membrane into the liquid phase, but the liquid cannot move in the opposite direction.
• Add to an existing FlowSyn or other flow reactor system
• Rapidly generate a continuous gas-saturated solvent stream
• Effortlessly perform gas-liquid reactions in flow
• Optional Portable Gas Reservoir Built-in features for safe gas management
