Infors HT Benchtop Bioreactors

Multifors

This is a development to provide the capability for statistical and rapid evaluation studies already developed by INFORS HT with the very successful Sixfors system in a stepwise, modular manner. The opportunity has been taken to use the latest technologies to make a very flexible solution which provides full fermentation capabilities at a scale of one-litre working volume and below. Both bacterial and cell culture versions are available in two sizes (500 mL working volume and 700 mL cells/1000 mL bacterial working volumes).

Minifors

Minifors is a startling concept - a bioreactor system designed to be almost as simple to use as a modern incubator shaker. Even software for data-logging, graphing and report generation is included with each unit. A range of basic packages with all necessary components can be enhanced with additional probes, pumps and software upgrades.

Labfors 5

The Labfors 4 is a compact, flexible and innovative bench-scale bioreactor with a choice of operating panel (rotary X-DDC or Touchscreen). The X-DDC system is capable of handling multiple bioreactors. With many connections for analogue signals and four pumps included, the standard Labfors 4 package can perform a wide range of tasks "out of the box", and also provides great flexibility for expansion in the future.

Labfors 5 Lux

Labfors 4 Lux photobioreactor is an extension of the Labfors 4 bioreactor, optimised for photosynthetic applications. A glass vessel is surrounded by a bank of lights which can be controlled manually or via the computer software. The Labfors 4 Lux is ideal for any phototrophic culture, including algae, plant cells and cyanobacteria.

Terrafor-IS

Terrafors offers a standardised solution for bench-scale fermentation of solids and semi-solids such as soil, compost and oils. It can be used for bioremediation, isolation of thermophiles, enzyme production and a wide range of other applications Control is based on the user-friendly and flexible X-DDC instrumentation.
