PhotoSyn LED photoreactor lamp module

The Uniqsis PhotoSyn has been designed to provide scientists with a high-power LED light source for continuous flow applications.
Available with different LED arrays, the unit can provide outputs up to 700W from the dedicated programmable power supply. Customized units (e.g., 385nm, 420nm) are available on request.
The curved, water (or gas) cooled LED arrays focus the available light on the central coil reactor to maximise the photon intensity.
The PhotoSyn has been thoughtfully engineered to completely prevent potentially hazardous light emissions from the unit and is protected with interlocks that deactivate the light source if any attempt is made to remove the cover while in operation. In addition, a fan prevents the build-up of static hot air within the lamp unit and eliminates any vapor that may accumulate over time.

Uniqsis Polar Bear PLUS Flow

The Polar Bear Plus Flow (TM) is a state-of-the-art heating and cooling reactor module for flow chemistry applications.
The instrument was developed by Cambridge Reactor Design in collaboration with Professor Steve Ley’s Innovative Technologies Centre (ITC) located within the University of Cambridge.
Remarkably, although not much bigger than a shoe box, this compact and portable unit can maintain reactor temperatures anywhere between -40oC and +150oC!
The Polar Bear Plus Flow reactor is easy to use and is entirely self-contained, requiring only an electricity supply for operation – no cardice, refrigerants, or messy heat transfer fluids!
Compatible with all standard Uniqsis coil and chip reactors, the Polar Bear Plus Flow makes an ideal and flexible addition to an existing FlowSyn. Alternatively, this reactor module can be combined with a Uniqsis Binary Pump Module as the basis for a modular flow reactor system.

FlowSyn Continuous Flow Reactor

FlowSyn is a fully integrated, easy-to-use continuous flow reactor for seamless reaction optimisation and scale-up from mgs to 100s of g.
FlowSyn continuous flow reactor has been designed by a team of experienced flow chemists and engineers. This modular system can be easily upgraded as the chemist's knowledge and needs grow and work as the chemist wants it to, not as an engineer would.

FlowSyn Auto-LF Continuous Flow Reactor

Harness the power of Flow Chemistry to deliver more compounds faster! FlowSyn Automated Loop Filling (FlowSyn Auto-LF Continuous Flow Reactor) is a powerful and highly efficient module for running multiple experiments with multiple reagent inputs under different conditions.
The clever simultaneous loop filling and fraction collection saves valuable time, while the integrated wash steps prevent cross-contamination. Interactive displays of pressure and temperature on PC allow real-time reaction monitoring and data logging.

FlowSyn Binary Pump Module

The FlowSyn continuous flow reactor comes with two pumping channels as standard. Adding the FlowSyn Binary Pump Module (BPM) increases its capacity to four channels, making it ideal for multi-component or multi-step reactions using more than two starting materials.
The BPM can be combined with and controlled by any FlowSyn system. For customers with their own reactor system, the built-in mixer, inlet/outlet selector valves, and integral back pressure regulator ensure that the BPM can also function as a stand-alone reagent/solvent delivery system. Three pressure transducers constantly monitor pressure and system performance for safety and peace of mind.
The BPM is controlled using dedicated PC control software as a stand-alone system. Peripherals can be attached using the BPM’s built-in coms ports.
The BPM operates at up to 100 bar (1400 psi) and can be supplied with standard 0.005 to 10 ml/min heads (UQ1022) or 0.05 to 50 ml/min heads (UQ1023).

Asynt Chromatography Pump

The Asynt Chromatography Pump is a simple solvent pump that allows the chemist to perform Flash Chromatography with any standard column.
Magnetically driven, precision-geared pump heads provide smooth, accurate, and pulseless fluid delivery. Chemical-resistant materials in the pump heads (stainless steel with graphite gears) handle a wide range of materials. These hardy pump heads are compact and easy to service, and the modular design offers flexibility, allowing you to configure them to your specific needs.
Choose from two valuable options to suit your chemistry.
Analogue: simple, variable speed controls flow, with remote control of start/stop via DB9 connector on the back of the drive.
Digital: achieve high pressure and accurate, pulseless flow. It features an intuitive 5” TFT touch-screen interface for setting configurable modes: Continuous run, volume dispense, and time dispense. Benefits include:
• Batch control and interval/off time in Volume and Time modes
• Pump lets you save and retrieve commonly used dispense programs for rapid setup
• Speed ramping available in Volume dispense mode – ensures accuracy and minimizes sample loss

FlowLab Flow Chemistry system

The FlowLab Flow Chemistry System is an affordable and easy-to-use entry-level flow chemistry platform ideal for education, training, and those wishing to try flow chemistry without the associated costs of a sophisticated, fully automatic system.
The system comprises two high-pressure pumps, a HotCoil™ coil reactor station, and FlowLab system control software. The computer, pumps, and HotCoil are connected over a LAN using an Ethernet HUB. This way, the system can be operated by Wi-Fi, allowing the control computer to be conveniently positioned outside the fume cupboard and away from chemicals.
Dependent on the temperature range required, choose from 2 configurations:
• The FlowLab Flow Chemistry System includes a Uniqsis HotCoil heated reactor station that delivers ambient to 260°C.
• The FlowLab Cold Flow Chemistry System includes the Polar Bear Plus Flow and operates from 40°C to 260°C without cardice or liquid nitrogen.
The standard system comes complete with dedicated FlowLab control software that enables full manual control and the ability to program a single automated experiment.
The reactor modules are compatible with all Uniqsis coil reactors. Column reactors can also be fitted by adding the HotColumn accessory and Uniqsis glass Static reactor/mixer. Chips can be mounted on the Polar Bear Plus Flow by specifying the additional Chip Holder.
A wide range of additional options are available, so please get in touch with us if you’d like to discuss the system and how it might suit your requirements.
